Stamp Anniething - Kevin-So Hoppy

Today I am sharing my last card inspiration as Stamp Anniething's July Guest Designer. I am using Kevin-So Hoppy from this month's new release. I loved all the stamps from the July release, but this one was my favorite.

I colored Kevin using Spectrum Noir Illustrators then cut him out using the coordinating outline die. I used the In and Out Circle Dies (retired) from C.C. Designs to make the shaker and used distress oxide inks on the edges. I ended cutting up 2 foam and 2 cardstock layers to build up the shaker. The cute frog shaker bits are called Frog Head Sprinkles from Stamp Anniething.

I used the Squiggle Mat Die and cut off a couple of pieces to make them look like lily pads. I also used distress oxide inks on the edges.

I stamped and cut out the sentiment that comes with the Kevin stamp with a banner die from Stamp Anniething. I found the frog background paper at Freepik.

Thank you Stamp Anniething for the opportunity to guest design!

Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios - My Pet Dinosaur

How cute is this little boy walking his pet dinosaur?! This is Rachelle Anne Miller's My Pet Dinosaur digital stamp. I used a circle punch to create the sun. I masked the image and sun and then inked the background with Distress Oxide inks. Peeled off the mask and colored the image with Copic markers. I added some tufts of grass and coloring was done.

Rachelle also has a line of art prints and greeting cards. All so adorable. Please check it out.

Thank you for stopping by!

Stamp Anniething - Pawsome

It's been a fun month guest designing for Stamp Anniething. Today, I am sharing a slimline card made with two stamps from the Love Me Love My Pets Grab and Go Box. This is one of my favorite Grab and Go Boxes and it has everything you need to make a ton of cards, scrapbook pages, and other projects.

The only thing I used that were not in the box were my Copic markers and the slimline size card base (the box has A2 size card bases). All you need to do is stamp the image, cut it out using the coordinating die, then color it. Then I used the Builder Dies that come in the box to make the Pawsome sign, cut the patterned paper and colored cardstock and glue everthing onto the card base. The box comes with a glue tube, a roll of adhesive tape, and foam squares. The box also comes with a pack of charms and twine, which I used to finish the card. There is much more in the box that I didn't use this time, but will make many more cards in the future.

Thank you for visiting and hope you have a wonderful day!

One of my friends is becoming a grandmother for the first time. I am so excited for her! I needed a boy baby card and Rachelle Anne Miller's cute Giraffe and Bird digital stamp was perfect for the card. I colored the stamp with Copic markers and only need two color blends for this card. A cute, quick, and easy card to make.

Rachelle also makes art prints and greeting cards. Please check out her website. It's full of cuteness!

Conie Fong - Heart 4 You

I just love working with digital stamps. These are two separate pups and I used my Silhouette Cameo software to combine two images into one to make this birthday card. I love digital stamps, because you can make them any size you want. You can find the Heart 4 You stamp in Conie's Etsy store.  All of Conie Fong's images are 30% off until August 14. Paper Nest Dolls - Polynesian Princess

Happy Sunday! Today I am sharing the cutest Polynesian Princess digital stamp image from Paper Nest Dolls. She also comes in a red rubber stamp. Some day, I'd like to visit Tahiti or Bora Bora as soon as it's safe to travel.

I used my stash of washi tape to make the colorful background. Much easier to do than cutting strips of paper. I cut out the monstera and fern leaves and distress inked the edges.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoy your day!

Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios - Tea Party

After coffee, my next favorite drink is tea. I like hot or iced tea and I only like it plain. My parents are both from China so adding sugar or cream in my tea was frowned upon. These little girls are having a tea party and invited some friends! This cute digital stamp from Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios, called Tea Party, can be found in her store. Once colored, this stamp can be used for cards, scrapbooking, or framed and hung in a little girl's room.

Rachelle also has art prints and greeting cards in her web store. Please check out all the cute things she has!

Thanks for stopping by and have a nice day!

Conie Fong - Butterfly Princess

While on my daily walk this morning, I saw a very big Monarch butterfly. When I was a child, our yard seemed to be filled with them. Now I hardly see them at all. Wonder where they all went? Today, I am sharing Conie Fong's beautiful Butterfly Princess. In Chinese culture, butterflies represent grace and beauty. If you see two butterflies together, it symbolizes love. This image can be used on any type of card or on a scrapbook page.

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Paper Nest Dolls - Christmas Tags

Hallmark is showing Christmas movies this month for Christmas in July. It got me in the mood to make some Christmas tags using some Paper Nest Dolls digital images. I figure if I start now, I'll have them all done by Christmas.

I made 4 tags, 2 using the Lawn Fawn Stitch Circle Tags and 2 using the C.C. Designs Layering Metal Die. I masked off part of each tag to make the snow and floor areas and used Distress Oxide or Distress Ink for the background and used a paint brush and water sprayer to add the snow.  For the "trees" I used the branches die from Stamp Anniething Woodland Dies Set. Tied some twine and ribbon from my stash and added a charm.

All but one of the digital stamps I used also comes in red rubber. I will list links to both the digital and rubber stamps below.  Thank you for stopping by and I hope these tags get you in the mood to start your Christmas tags!

Stamp Anniething - July New Release: Ethan & Kimmie 4eva

My dream someday is to go to Paris just like this cute couple, Ethan & Kimmie. I just love this couple and had to make another card with them and included the Eiffel Tower die cut from the November 2019 release.

I used this month's heart puzzle ribbon die and cut out the ribbon part to make the heart then used a banner die for the "arrow" sentiment. The background is cut from the squiggle mat die and used distress oxide ink for some ink blending.  The cute poodle is a free coloring page I found on the Internet and sized it to fit on the card.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Conie Fong - Bella Bouquet

Today is my Heavenly Dad's birthday and I wanted to wish him a very happy birthday! I thought I'd honor him by making this birthday card using Conie Fong's digital image, Bella Bouquet. Growing up, we always had flowers in our garden and we would make bouquets to take to our teachers. Bella Bouquet is available in Conie's Etsy store.

I made a 6x6 accordian-style card by adding a third panel to a 12x6 piece of cardstock. I scored and folded the front panel down. The image is colored with Copic markers. Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Paper Nest Dolls - Avery with Dreamcatcher

Today I am sharing my first card as an official design team member for Paper Nest Dolls! I am so excited to be on this team with so many talented people and an amazing artist, Christine Young, that hand draws and creates all the rubber and digital stamps based on her six children.

I am sharing a card I made with the adorable Avery with Dreamcatcher. It is believed in Native American culture that a dreamcatcher that is hung over a bed will catch bad dreams and allow good dreams to be passed through the sleeper. This stamp is available in rubber https://www.papernestdolls.com/product/dreamcatcher-ellie/and as a digital https://paper-nest-dolls.myshopify.com/products/avery-with-dreamcatcher

I colored the stamp with Copic markers and colored the background paper with Distress Inks then splattered some acrylic paint on it. I cut out some feathers and distress inked them as well.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!

Stamp Anniething - July 2020 New Release - Sneak Peek Day 3

Today is Day 3 of Stamp Anniething's sneak peek of their July 2020 new release. For my third project as guest designer, I made a tri-fold card with "Kevin-So Hoppy For You." I just love this cute stamp! I love frogs, because in Chinese they represent wealth, prosperity, and good fortune. Head on over to Stamp Anniething to purchase this cute stamp before they're all gone! New releases are available today.  Everyone have a fun and safe 4th of July!

Scroll down to see the inside of the card.

The heart die cut is from the Paw Print Heart Edger Die from the Love Me Love My Pets Grab and Go Box. I used distress ink to color it then spritzed it with water.

This is what you see whe you open the front flap of the card. I hand drew and colored the cattails. The little frog confetti is from Stamp Anniething if you subscribe to the deluxe monthly stamp club.

The designer cardstock is from Photoplay called Paper Crane. I cut out these little frogs (had them in my computer, not sure from where) using my Silhouette Cameo.

Stamp Anniething - July 2020 New Release -Sneak Peek Day 2

In celebration of the 4th of July, I thought I'd create this celebration card featuring Stamp Anniething's July 2020 new release of "Ethan & Kimmie - 4eva" for my second project as guest designer. Aren't they adorable?! This is a very versatile stamp and can be used for engagements, Valentine's Day, summer themes, celebrations, love you, miss you, etc. There is an outline die available for those who don't like to fussy cut. The July new release will be available tomorrow, July 3.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. I love them as much as I love my Copic markers. I also used from Stamp Anniething, the Fireworks stencil (from the Magical Celebrations Grab and Go Box) and the Squiggle Mat die (available in her store)  to create the background. All other items were a mix and match of punches and dies from my stash.  Thank you for stopping by and have a Happy 4th of July!
