Stamp Anniething: Scrumdiddlyumptious Grab & Go Box

Stamp Anniething released the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory-inspired Scrumdiddlyumptious Grab and Go Box this fall during their Fall Retreat. Shortly after the retreat, Stamp Anniething offered this Grab & Go Box on a pre-order basis. I created eight mini-slimline cards using the products from this Grab & Go Box. Today I will share three of the cards and will share the rest later in the week.

Although this Grab & Go is no longer available, there are others still available that you can make using these layouts and techniques!

The first card features Willy Wonka, the candy stencil, and paper from the paper pack. The second card features an Oompa Loompa, the Scrumdiddlyumptious stencil, the Scrumdidilyuptious word and circle dies, and paper from the paper pack. The third card features Charlie, the Gate Die, and paper from the paper pack.

These mini-slimline cards are so easy to make! All you have to do is score the 6x6 paper at 3" and fold it in half! I added a piece of white bond paper to the inside right panel for space to write a message. All you need to do is decorate the front panel. I used stencils, dies, and papers from the Grab & Go Box. The only die that I used that's not in the box is the Banner Dies.

Listed below are the Copic markers (stamps) and Stamp Anniething hybrid ink colors (stencils) I used for each card:

Stamp Anniething: May Your Holiday Sparkle & Shine

Today I am sharing a holiday card I made for my design team day at Stamp Anniething. This is where I create a project using an older stamp. The stamp I used is called Patricia - Current Mood. I colored her in holiday colors to make this a festive card. It's fun to find stamps and dies in my stash that I can use for holiday cards.

Stamp Anniething products used:
  • Patricia - Current Mood stamp and outline die
  • Shaker Basics Winter Add On - Holiday Tag
  • Woodland Dies
  • Jelly Dots
  • Snowflake Sprinkles
  • Sentiment is from the Holidayville Bundle
I colored the stamp using Copic markers:

Skin: E27, E25, E23, E13
Cheeks and Tongue: RV14, RV11
Hair: 100, C7, C5, C3, E27, E13
Green: YG67, YG63, YG61
Red: R39, R29, R24, R22
Gray: C7, C5, C3

I colored the green sprigs using Distress Ink in Pine Needles. The blue background is Distress Inks in Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon, and Chipped Sapphire. For the snow, I sprinkled water onto the Distress Inks and also added paint splatters in white and blue.

I used the Holiday Tag for the frame for the stamp. I embossed it with a silvery white embossing powder to add some shine.

To finish the card, I added the clay snowflakes and red jelly dots.

I hope you give this card a try! It's fun to create holiday cards using stamps and dies in your stash!

Conie Fong Art & Design: Believe in Yourself

I'm taking a break from holiday cards to make a special card for a young friend that is going through some confidence issues. We all have friends and family that need a little confidence boost from time to time. Believing in yourself means having faith in your own capabilities. It means believing that you CAN do something; that it is within your ability. This digital stamp called Bella Rose from Conie Fong Art & Design is perfect for my card. Her favorite color is purple so I had to color everything in purple!
I printed the digital stamp 3" tall and colored it with Copic markers.

Copic markers used:
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E000
Cheeks: E93
Eye shadow: V01, V000
Lips: V12, V01
Hair: 100, C7, C5, C3
Purple: V17, V15, V12

I used a double stitched rectangular die to cut the front panel. I used a stamp positioner to add the sentiment. The sentiment is from Altenew's stamp set called Build-a-Flower Chrysanthemum. I then added a black mat, then a purple mat, and then adhered it to a top-folding A2 card base. To finish the card, I added a few purple rhinestones.

A beautiful stamp to color and can be used for many occasions.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a creative week!

Scrappy Boy Stamps Sneak Peek 1: Love You to the Moon and Back

It's November sneak peek time at Scrappy Boy Stamps! It's a cute and fun manga/anime stamp set named Warrior Princess! This set comes with 11 image stamps and 4 sentiment stamps to create some fabulous projects. Coordinating outline dies are available, as well as two different stencils and beautiful patterned papers! I colored the images using Prismacolor pencils, which I haven't used in a long time! I really enjoy using these pencils, but it does take a little longer to color than using Copic alcohol markers. This new release will be available on Friday, November 18, 2022.

Don’t forget to shop past releases during our Better Than Black Friday/Moving Sale from November 18 -21. Time to stock up!

Time to showcase the Warrior Princess!

Scrappy Boy products used:
  • Warrior Princess stamps and outline dies
  • Warrior Princess Scene Builder Stencil
  • Warrior Princess Paper Pack
  • A2 Stitched Rectangular Dies
Other supplies used:
  • For stenciled background: Distress inks in spun sugar, peeled paint, shaded lilac, peacock feathers, worn lipstick.
  • For the moon: Transparent texture paste and yellow glitter

I stamped the images, colored them with Prismacolor pencils, then cut them out using the coordinated outline dies.

Prismacolor pencils used:
Girl
Skin: 945, 928, 939, 927
Hair: 935, 901, 933, 906, 904
Blue: 901, 902, 933, 904
Red: 925, 924, 928
White: 1065, 938
Yellow: 943, 942, 940

Cat
Pink: 929
Yellow: 1003
Black: 935, 1065, 1063, 1060

Emblem
Yellow: 1034, 942, 916
Pink: 929, 928, 1013

I first stenciled the background using the Warrior Princess Scene Builder Stencil and Distress Inks. Then I used transparent texture paste mixed with yellow glitter to create the moon. To create the moon, I created my own stencil by using a large circle die and tracing half of it on Bristol cardstock. I then moved the stencil so that it looks like a crescent and traced it then fussy cut it.

The card front and white mat are cut with the A2 Stitched Rectangular Dies. The patterned paper is cut with a paper trimmer to fit a A6 card.

I hope you like today's sneak peek! Such a fun set to color and make projects! More projects to come using this set in the weeks to come. Have a wonderful and creative week!
