Scrappy Boy Stamps: Every Little Boy is a Prince - Tall Memory Dex Card

It has been so fun to make Memory Dex cards using Scrappy Boy Stamps' new Tall Memory Dex Die. This bigger die has more surface room to decorate and create a scene. I created this card using stamps, patterned paper, and a stencil from the January 2023 release called Adventures of a Prince.

I stamped and colored all the images using Copic markers in the following colors:

Little Prince
Skin: E13, E11, E21, E00, E000
Cheeks: E93
Hair: YR23, Y26, YR21
Yellow: E35,Y26, Y23
Green: YG67, YG63, YG61
Gold (crown): E23, Y38, YR21
Gray (shoes): N7, N4, N1

King
Skin: E13, E11, E21, E00
Cheeks: E93
Hair: E27, E25, E21
Gold (crown & chair): E23, Y38, YR21

Gray: C7, C5, C3

Sheep
Face, ears, legs: E02, E01, E00
White: C5, C3, C1, 0
Hooves: C5
Nose: C5, C3

To create the scene, I used the Adventures of a Little Prince Stencil and inked it with Distress Ink in Tea Dye and Vintage Photo onto white cardstock. I traced the shape of the planet onto the patterned paper and hand cut it to fit the sky and adhered it to the white cardstock. Then I used the Tall Memory Dex Die to it out.

I adhered all the stamps as shown. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out using a Scrappy Boy Stamps Stitched Rectangle Die and adhered it to the top of the card.

Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you give these tall Memory Dex cards a try. You'll have fun making them!

Have a creative week!

Scrappy Boy Stamps: Bon Voyage

I am having so much fun creating projects using the December 2022 Scrappy Boy Stamps stamps and dies that are inspired by America's favorite TV show based on seven castaways that were shipwrecked on an island! This card features stamps from both the Little Buddy set and the Three Hour Tour set, along with the Three Hour Tour paper pack.

I also used the Tropical Leaves 3-D embossing folder from Sizzix for the background and used the Scrappy Boy Stamps Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut two
rectangular pieces out of the Three Hour Tour paper pack. The third rectangle is kraft cardstock, the same as the card base.

I colored all the stamps using Copic markers:

Girl
Skin: RV34, E11, E21, E00, E000
Cheeks: E93
Hair: E18, E08, YR18, YR14

Scrappy Boy Stamps: Mini Slimline Card Using the New Release

The December 2022 Scrappy Boy Stamps new release is so amazing and is one of my favorite releases! This release was inspired by America's favorite TV show based on seven castaways that were shipwrecked on an island. This mini slimline card features stamps from both the Little Buddy set and the Three Hour Tour set. Each set comes with four characters, plus images to create scenes, and a host of sentiments for cards and scrapbooking.

I used the
Island Leaves stencil with glitter mixed into transparent texture paste to give my card a glittery leaf background. Then cut the paper at an angle along with the paper from the 3 Hour Tour paper pack. To create the card base, I used one of the patterned papers, scored it down the middle and folded it in half. I added a piece of white bond paper inside for writing an message.

I colored the stamps using Copic markers:

Man
Skin: E13, E11, E02, E01
Cheeks: E93
Hair: T5,T3, T1
Hat: E33,E31, E30
