Scrappy Boy Stamps products used:
  • Princess Pin Up Girls Stamps, Outline Dies, Paper Pack
  • Stitched Circle Dies
  • Grass Edger Dies
  • Cinderella Scene Builder Stencil
Supplies used:
  • A2 top folding white card base, scored and folded at 2-3/4" to create easel
  • White cardstock to cut out circle mat for card front
  • Green cardstock for sentiment and grass
  • Black cardstock to trace stencil and cut out castle (stencil)
  • Green sequins, clay frogs for embellishing

Copic markers used to color stamps:
  • Skin: E25, E23, E13, E11
  • Cheeks: R20, R11
  • Lips: R27, R22
  • Hair: 100, C7,C5, C3
  • Light green: YG09, YG06, YG03, YG01
  • Medium green: G09, G05, G03, G00
  • Dark green: G28, G17, G14
Create the easel by scoring an A2 top folding white card base at 2-3/4" then folding it as shown. Use two of the Stitched Circle Dies to create the card front. I use the 4-1/4" circle die for the white mat and the next smallest one for the card front. Cut all the patterned papers to fit with a 1/8" border. The patterned paper mat on the inside piece is 2"H.

I traced the castle from the Cinderella Scene Builder on black cardstock and fussy cut this out and strategically placed in towards the left side of the circle and hand trimmed the excess (I should have added the castle to the card front before adding the grass and use the circle die to cut it, but it was an after thought to add the castle). I die cut the grass with the Grass Edger Dies and adhered to the card front. I used the circle die to cut the card front to fit the mat then adhered to the card base. Finish with embellishments.

I first inked a piece of 5.5" x 4.25" white cardstock with Distress Ink in Spun Sugar and then used the new Cow Print Stencil with Distress Ink in Brushed Corduroy. I used the 70's Rectangle Die to cut out the rectangle pieces and frame. I used 4 of the rectangles for each card and the frame for one card. I used the 70's Rectangle Die to cut more rectangles using the I Love Westerns patterned papers. I adhered these pieces down onto the card base. You can make quite a few cards quickly!

I cut out the vellum pieces using the Stitched Wonky Die and the Stitched Circle Die. I adhered this to the card front using double sided tape. I adhered all the colored stamps and sentiments using double sided tape and foam tape as shown.

I first cut the two patterned papers at an angle for the background of this card. I didn't even measure, just made sure that the grass portion was large enough to place the two houses.

For the houses, I first stenciled the walls with the Three Little Pigs House Decorator stencils before coloring them with Copic markers (Distress Ink colors in the supply list above).  I adhered the houses and wolf using liquid glue and the rest is adhered using double sided foam tape.
