Scrappy Boy Stamps: Playing with the August Release

It's so hot here in Northern California this week! I love it, because then I can hide in my cool craft room and play with the awesome Scrappy Boy Stamps August release! I have three projects to share today, so please scroll down to see them all. 

Project 1: You're Strange & Unusually Awesome


Scrappy Boy Stamps Products used:
  • Trickster Ghost stamps and outline dies
  • Trickster Ghost paper pack
  • Marquee Sign Die
Supplies used:
  • A6 white card base
  • Black and yellow cardstock
  • White embossing powder

Copic markers used:

Bride
  • Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
  • Cheeks: R20
  • Hair: E49, E59, E57, E55
  • Lips: R46, R24
  • Red: R39, R46, R24, R22, R21
Groom
  • Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
  • Cheeks: R20
  • Hair: E59, E57, E55, E53
  • Blue: B66,B63, B60
  • Black: N5,N3, N1
  • Red: R39, R27, R22
Notes/Tips:
  • This card is large and fits into an A9 envelope.
Project 2: Feed Me (Man-eating plant shaped card)


Scrappy Boy Stamps Products used:
  • A2 Man Eating Plant Builder Die
  • The Ghastly Greenery stamp (outside and inside sentiments)
Supplies used:
  • White cardstock
  • Distress Inks in Twisted Citron, Lucky Clover, Brushed Corduroy, Rusty Hinge, Worn Lipstick, Candied Apple
Notes/Tips:
  • Put the top edge of the die over the crease of the folded 5 x 5 inch paper so that it doesn't cut to create a top folding card base.
  • Cut all other dies as shown, ink, then assemble.
Project 3: Live to Craft

  • Craft Wagon Die

  • Make An Impression Paper Pack
  • Crafty Phrases Word Die
  • Stitched Oval Die
Supplies used:
  • A2 white card base
  • Green, yellow, purple, red, blue, black cardstock
  • Metallic cardstock in silver, pink, blue, pink, green, copper
Notes/Tips:
  • Cut two of the sides of the cart and adhere the back one a little higher to make a pocket for some of the tools.
  • Cut duplicates of the tools to fill up the Cart Wagon.
