Stamp Anniething: September New Release is Here!

I'm having ghost busting fun with the September new release from Stamp Anniething, called Hey Buster! This release was inspired by one of my favorite ghost-catching movies of the 1980s. This release consists of the Hey Buster stamps and outline dies, the Ghastly Ghosts Stencil, and the ECTO-1 Builder Die. Please scroll down to see TWO projects to inspire you to create some cards!

Project 1: Totally ECTO-static to See You!

Stamp Anniething products used:
  • Hey Buster stamps and outline dies
  • Ghastly Ghosts Stencil
  • ECTO-1 Builder Die
Supplies used:
  • 6x6 white card base
  • Black cardstock for mat/panel & stenciling
  • Gray cardstock for mat/panel
  • White, red, green, blue, brown cardstock for ECTO-1 Builder Die
  • Versa Mark watermark stamp pad for stencil
  • Glow in the dark embossing powder by Brutus Monroe for stencil
  • White gel pen

Copic markers used:
  • Skin: E04 E11, E21, E00, E000
  • Cheeks: E93
  • Hair: E49, E47, E44, E43
  • Light gray: C5, C3, C1
  • Dark gray: C7, C5, C3
  • Red: R24
Notes/Tips:
  • I created the ghost background using glow in the dark embossing powder. If you don't have this, use white embossing powder.
  • Create the road just by cutting a curvy shape from black cardstock about 1-1/4" tall then use a white gel pen to create the dashed lines.
I hope you give this card a try! I love working with stencils.

Project 2: Caution: Sweet but Destructive

Stamp Anniething products used:
  • Hey Buster stamps and outline dies
  • ECTO-1 Builder Die
  • Clouds Stencil (retired)
Supplies used:
  • 6x6 white card base
  • White cardstock for stenciling clouds
  • Black cardstock strip for ground
  • Gray, olive, tan cardstock for buildings
  • Distress Ink in Black Soot for clouds

Copic markers used:
  • Blue: B26, B24, B21
  • Red: R37, R24, R22
  • White (Shadows): B00, B000, B0000
Notes/tips:
  • Cut 3 sets of the building die from the ECTO-1 Builder Die set using 3 different color cardstock. Cut the die cuts in half and place them as shown.
  • Place the marshmallow man in the center of the card as shown.
This is an easy and fun card to make. I hope you give this one a try too! Thank you for stopping by! Have a creative day!
