Scrappy Boy Stamps: March Release Inspiration

It's been so fun creating projects using Scrappy Boy Stamps' March release. I have two more cards to share using stamps and papers from Things That Go Bump and The Great Bake Off. I just love using patterned papers that coordinate with the stamp sets! Please scroll down to see both projects.

Project 1: Angels are Always Watching

Scrappy Boy Stamps products used:

• Things That Go Bump stamps and outline dies
• Things That Go Bump paper pack
• Stitched Circle Dies

Supplies used:

• Black, red, white cardstock to die cut circles (largest circle is 3.5")
• White cardstock to line inside card - 4-1/4"W x 5-3/4"H

Copic markers used:

• Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E000
• Cheeks: E93
• Hair: E39, E35, E33
• Blue (angel wings): B00, B000, B0000
• White: C3, C1, 0
• Black: C7, C5, C3, C1
• Brown: E47, E44, E43, E42

Notes/tips:

• Use an entire sheet of 6 x 9 patterned paper. Select non-directional patterned paper for this project. Score on the 9" side of the paper at 2-1/4" and 6-3/4" for the gate fold. 
• Stamp the sentiment onto the white cardstock and adhere to the inside middle panel.
• Die cut 3 circles starting with the 3-1/2" circle in black cardstock. Use the next smallest for the red cardstock, then the next smallest for the white cardstock.
• Adhere all pieces as shown. I added a little shadow with Copic markers (N3, N1) around his feet for the ground.

Project 2: Cook With Love, Bake With Heart

• Torn Stitched Tag Dies
• Stitched Rectangle Dies

Supplies used:

• White cardstock to die cut tag
• Pink ribbon
• Double-sided adhesive foam tape

Copic markers used:

Man

• Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E000
• Cheeks: E93
• Hair: 100, C7, C5, C3
• Black: C9, C7, C5, C3
• Pink: RV06, RV23, RV02

Woman

• Skin: E27, E25, E23, E13, E11
• Cheeks: R32
• Lips: R46
• Hair: E59, E37, E35, E33
• Blue-green: BG78, BG75, BG72
• Black: C7, C5,C3

Cake

• Blue-green: BG15, BG11, BG10
• Yellow: Y28, Y19, Y15, Y11

Cheesecake

• Blue-green: BG15, BG11, BG10
• Yellow: YR27, YR24, YR21
• Blue: B69, B66, B63

Notes/tips:

• Use an entire sheet of 6 x 9 patterned paper and fold in half. This card will fit into an A6 envelope.
• Die cut all pieces, assemble, and adhere as shown. The tag is adhered with the double-sided adhesive foam tape.
