Stamp Anniething: Thank You for Being a Friend

I just love using stencils to create big and bold backgrounds. I used one of Stamp Anniething's "Stencil Club" mandala stencils and this very cute chibi doll stamp named, "Paro-Namaste" to create this thank you card for a friend.

Stamp Anniething products used:
  • Paro - Namaste stamp and outline die
  • Sentiment from Blanche-Thank You for Being a Friend
  • Mandala stencil from August 2022 Stencil Club
  • Embossing Powder: Aztec
  • Hybrid Ink Cubes: Blossom and Obsidian

I colored the chibi doll stamp with Copic markers then cut it out with the coordinating outline die.

Copic markers used:
  • Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
  • Cheeks: R20
  • Tongue: R22, R20
  • Bindi dot: R37, R32
  • Hair: C9, C7, C5, BV04, BV00
  • Green: G28, YG17, YG06, YG03, YG01
  • Pink: RV17, RV14, RV13, RV11

The mandala was created with first inking the stencil with white pigment ink onto pink cardstock. I then added the Aztec Embossing Powder and heat set it with a heat gun. I hand cut the stencil edges and used a paper trimmer to cut off part of the mandala to fit an A2 card. I used the hybrid inks in Blossom and Obsidian to ink the mandala before adhering it to the card base.

Thank you for stopping by! Have a wonderful and creative day!
