Scrappy Boy Stamps: Easy Christmas Gift Bags

Scrappy Boy Stamps has the perfect size Shopping Bag Die to make the perfect size holiday gift bags for gifts, such as soaps, perfumes, wallets, movie tickets, etc. The bag measures 5-3/4"W x 4-1/2"H x 2"D. Just die cut all the pieces and glue together. So easy when you use pretty Christmas patterned paper. If you don't have holiday patterned paper, you can use gift wrap! Here are two bags I made with different patterned papers.

• 3D Shopping Bag Die

Supplies used:

• Kraft paper to cut the base of the Shopping Bag
• White cardstock to cut out large tag to put behind small tag
  
• Ribbon and twine
• Small hole punch

Notes:

Shopping Bag

• Die cut all the pieces of the Shopping Bag Die and bend at the score lines.
• Glue the mat and patterned papers on the front and back panels of the shopping bag. Using the twin ribbon hole die, create the ribbon holes for the bag. 
• Glue the mat and patterned paper for the bottom of the bag. Glue this piece to the front and back pieces.
• Glue the sides of the shopping bag.
• Add the ribbon

Gift Tags

• Cut the larger tag using white cardstock and the smaller one out of patterned paper.
• Do not glue the tags together. Punch a hole through both tags for the twine (you can use the ribbon hole die).
• Tie the tag onto the ribbon using twine.
