Stamp Anniething: You Did It! Graduation Card

There are only about three to four months left in the school year so it's time to start making graduation cards. Here in California, it is unlikely that there will be any big graduation ceremonies for the graduates. However, you can still send a graduation card to congratulate them. I am sharing a shaker card I made using this adorable stamp from Stamp Anniething called Annie-You Did It

I made this card using several products from Stamp Anniething. These products sell fast and if you see a product that is out of stock, enter your email address to be notified when it is back in stock again. Entering your email address will alert the company to reorder and restock the item.
First I stamped the image and the sentiment onto white cardstock. I colored the stamp using Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and then fussy cut her out (colors are listed below). Then I used the Falling Hearts stencil to ink the card front.

Spectrum Noir Illustrator Markers Used:
Skin: TN7, RB2, TN1, RB1
Cheeks: FS4
Tongue: PP4, PP1
Hair: True Black, IG9, IG6, IG2
Red: DR5, DR4, DR3, CR10, DR1, PP4
White: BG6, BG4, BG3, Blender

Next, I cut four of the For You Circle Dies using heavy white cardstock and glued them together. Before gluing the last layer, I inserted a piece of acetate for the shaker window. I then die cut a circle using the circle die from Shaker Basics Set 1 out of black cardstock. I placed some shaker bits onto the black cardstock and glued down the For You circle die cuts to form the shaker. I waited for the glue to dry before I tested the shaker. I glued this onto the card front.

I cut the sentiment out using dies from the Banner Die set and adhered it to the bottom of the card. I added a few red sequins to it. I adhered the stamp onto the shaker using double sided adhesive tape instead of liquid glue. I did not want the liquid glue to ooze onto the acetate.

Lastly, I used a Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to add glitter all over the stamp.

Thank you for visiting today and I hope you are inspired to start your graduation cards! Have a creative week!
