Welcome to Day 1 of Stamp Anniething's May Sneak Peek of new releases! Today's card features the really cute stamp called, "Zac - You're on Par." This month's theme is sports so all of the new releases are sports-based for all you sports fans!
I used some of this month's newly release dies along with some older dies to create this golf card. Links to all the new releases will be available Friday, May 7 when the products are available in the store.
Stamp Anniething Supplies used:
- Zac - You're on Par & the coordinating outline die
- Arrows Die set
- Palm Tree Die set
- Edger Dies (I used the hill die)
- Watermark Embossing Pad
- Embossing Powder - Oceana
- Jelly Dots - Buttercream
To make this A6 size card, I first stamped and colored Zac using Copic markers, then cut him out using the coordinating outline die.

Next, I cut out the hill and used Distress Oxide in Mowed Lawn and Lucky Clover to create the hill. I inked the sky with Distress Oxide in Faded Jeans. Then I inked the edges of the hill and sky with Distress Ink in Hickory Smoke. I spritzed the sky and hill with water then dabbed it with a paper towel.
Next, I die cut the palm trees and coconuts and colored each with Copic markers. For the palm tree trunk and coconuts, I used E37, E35, E34 and for the palm leaves, I used G28, G17, G05, G14. I then die cut the sand trap and inked it with Distress Ink in Pumice Stone.
I stamped the sentiment, "you are tee-rific" using watermark embossing ink on white cardstock and embossed it using embossing powder in Oceana. I cut it out using one of the dies from the Arrows Die set. I then inked it with Distress Ink in Pumice Stone and spritzed it with water.
I adhered all the pieces with liquid glue except for Zac. For Zac, I used double sided foam tape. I cut out sand colored cardstock to mat the card front and then adhered it to the A6 card base. To finish the card, I added a few jelly dots.
So cute. I love your shading of hair his wide eyes probably getting a hole in one! The hading is so good. I love the palm trees with the coconuts. Golfing in Paradise.
