Stamp Anniething Day 3 Sneak Peek: Tommy-The One Eye Love

Welcome to Day 3 and the final day of sneak peek week, where the theme is "Imagine." Today's card features the cutest little pirate, Tommy-The One Eye Love stamp and sentiment, it's coordinating outline die, and the Pinwheel Stencil

I made an A6 size card so that I could add the large pirate ship flag on the side using the flag from the Viking Ship Die and Mini Skull Outline Die from previous releases.

I first stamped Tommy-The One Eye Love then cut him out using the coordinating outline die. I then colored it using Copic markers.

Copic Markers Used
Skin: E99, E35, E31, E51
Cheeks: R21
Tongue: R22, R21
Hair: C9, C7, C5, C3, B12
Yellow: YR23, Y17, Y15, Y11
Black: T9, T7, T5, T3, T1
Brown (Inside Box): E39, E37, E35, E34
          (Outside Box): E37, E35, E34, E31
Red: R39, R46, R35, R22
White: T3, T1, 0

To create the heat embossed background, I used the Pinwheel Stencil and used a blending brush and applied the Watermark Embossing Pad ink all over. I sprinkled a combination of Aztec Gold and Oceana embossing powder over the ink and used a heat gun to melt the powder. I trimmed the embossed cardstock to 3-7/8"W x 4-5/8"H. I cut out a brown cardstock mat at 4"W x 5-1/2"H to add behind it.

To make the flags, I used the flag from the Viking Ship Die and Mini Skull Outline Die. I used Distress Ink in Black Soot to ink the flags, then sprinkled water on it to create the texture. I used a Copic C3 marker to ink the edges of the Mini Skull. For the red flag, I used Copic markers in R39, R46, R35, and R22. The flag pole colors are E39, E37, and E55. I adhered all the layers of the card using liquid glue from Stamp Anniething, except for Tommy, where I used foam squares. I added a few enamel dots from my stash and a red heart using a die from Cuttlebug and the card was finished!

Thank you for visiting today. All the new products are now available in the Stamp Anniething store. Have a wonderful and creative week!
