Scrappy Boy Stamps: Fabulous July 2024 New Release!

I'm back to share three projects from Scrappy Boy Stamps' July 2024 new release! Last week I shared the sneak peeks of several of the new release products and today I'm sharing a few more. Project 1: Summer Fling - I want to dance with you for the rest of my life

I created this slimline card using the newly released stamp from Summer Fling, the Summer Fling Paper Pack, and the Vintage Car Die. The Vintage Car Die is so fun to put together. This turquoise car looks like the car my dad had when I was little. So fun!

Supplies used:

• White slimline card base
• Black Bristol paper for ink splattering
• Acrylic paints in White, Red, Turquoise
• For the cars: Red, turquoise, black, white, and silver glitter cardstock

Copic markers used:

Woman

• Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
• Cheeks: E93
• Lips: R24
• Hair: E37, E35, E33, E30
• Dress: RV34, RV10, RV00

Man

• Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
• Cheeks: E93
• Clothes: C7, C5, C3

To create the circles with the ink splatter, first cut out three circles using a 2.5" circle die. Using the black Bristol paper, I splattered acrylic paints liberally onto the circle. Let them dry completely.

I used the 6x6 paper pad and pieced two of them together and used the Stitched Scallop Die to cut it into a slimline shape. I used the 2.5" circle dies to cut 3 holes into this paper to inlay the paint splattered circles. 

After assembling the Vintage car dies, I adhered them, the colored image, and the sentiment using double sided foam tape.

Project 2: Goldilocks and the Three Bears - Happy Birthday

If you haven't tried making cards with Scrappy Boy Stamps papers, it's time to try it! The papers in the Goldilocks and the Three Bears are so so cute and they coordinate so well with the stamps. Add it the background or use them on it's own for a quick an easy card!

Project 3: Juke Box Mini Album/Card Die w/Blonde Ambition Pre-colored Die Cuts

If you are an mini album lover, you are going to love this Juke Box Mini Album Die! The finished size stands 6.5" tall and 4.5" wide. I turned this into a card and it's the perfect size to fit into an A7 envelope.

Scrappy Boy Stamps products used:

• Juke Box Mini Album/Card Die
• Blonde Ambition Pre-colored Die Cuts

Supplies used:

• White cardstock for card base
• Kraft cardstock for mat
• Colored cardstock for juke box: Yellow, pink, blue, teal, kraft
• White cardstock scrap for sentiment

The only thing you have to do with this card is die cut everything and adhere all the pieces and finish it off with a sentiment.
