Stamp Anniething Design Team Day: An Enchanting Card

For this month's Stamp Anniething Design Team Day Project, I created this "enchanting" card using the cute stamp, Snow - Just to be Fair. For the background, I used two different stencils and stenciled on transparent vellum. I love using vellum as it gives it a softer look. I'll be giving this card to a birthday girl.
