Stamp Anniething Sneak Peek Day 2: The Ocean is Calling

Welcome to Day 2 of Stamp Anniething's June 2022 sneak peeks where the theme is "beach." Today's card features our beautiful Dany - The Ocean is Calling. I've also used from the new release, the Beach Builder Dies, to create our fun beach scene. A very cute summer stamp and die set to make birthday, friendship, hello, and many more occasion cards, scrapbook pages, and party decor!

To make the A2 card, I first colored stamped the image, colored it with Copic markers, then cut it out using the coordinated outline die.

Copic markers used:

Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00, E000

Cheeks: E93

Tongue: R22, R20

Hair: E39, E35, E33, E30

Purple: V17, V15, V12

Pink: RV17, RV14, RV13, RV11

I first cut out the white cardstock mat using the scalloped edge Card Mat Die.

To create the pink clouds, I cut the panel using the small rectangular Card Mat Die. I used the Clouds Stencil and inked it with Oxide Ink in Picked Raspberry. 

I die cut all the pieces of the Beach Builder Dies out of white cardstock then colored the beach ball, bucket, shovel, and sand dollars with Copic markers and added some specks of white acrylic paint using a stipple brush. I colored the sand with Distress Inks. To add texture to the sand, I used a stipple brush and added brown and white acrylic paint specks. 

Copic markers used:

White: C3, C1, 0

Pink: RV17, RV14, RV13, RV11

Purple: V17, V15, V12

Distress Inks used for sand: Tea Dye and Brushed Corduroy

I adhered all the pieces onto the card base using Stamp Anniething liquid glue (Glue Tube). To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment and cut it out using one of the banner dies. I cut the frame of the banner using purple cardstock.
