To make this slimline card, I am using the pre-made slimline card bases that are available in the webstore. They come with 10 card bases and 10 envelopes. I then used the Slimiline Rectangles Die to cut out a gray cardstock panel. I reinserted the rectangle die pieces back into the panel . I wanted to add texture to the card.
For the Lil' Monster Word Die, I used the outline piece that was cut out from the card I made from sneak peek Day 1. I cut out another outline using purple cardstock to add a darker outline. Then I used hot pink cardstock to cut out the word.
I used the Monster Door Stencil and Distress Oxide in Faded Jeans and Hickory Smoke to create the frame of the door. I then hand cut the stencil and adhered it to the gray panel.
I cut out the Door Builder Die using dark and lighter pink cardstock. I used an Arteza purple glitter pen and stenciled the flowers from the Monster Door Stencil onto the door then adhered this onto the door frame.
I adhered all the pieces using liquid glue except for the sentiment and Kitty stamp where I used double-sided adhesive foam tape. To finish the card, I added some light glitter using a Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen to her outfit and to the word die.
I hope you love this release as much as I do! All the stamps are so adorable! Thank you for visiting today. Have a creative day!
