Scrappy Boy Stamps: How You Booing?

It's starting to feel a little like fall around here. It's getting darker earlier making it cooler in the evenings. It's gotten me in the mood to make more Halloween cards. I love the Scrappy Boy Stamps Cute Kids Halloween Dress Up stamps and I Love Halloween papers for making adorable Halloween cards. Today's card features the Cute Kid dressed as a ghost.


Scrappy Boy Stamps products used:
  • Cute Kids Halloween Dress Up 6x8 Stamp Set & Dies
  • I Love Halloween 6x6 Paper Pack
  • Tombstone Diet Set (Spooky word die only)
  • Torn Stitched Tags
Supplies Used:
  • A2 Black card base
  • Orange cardstock for the tag and word die
  • Purple cardstock scrap for Spooky word die
  • Black cardstock scrap to mat sentiment and word die
  • Ribbon for the tag (I used purple)
  • Double-sided adhesive foam tape

Copic Markers Used:
  • Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00
  • Cheeks: R20
  • Tongue: R22, R20
  • White: N5, N3, N1, 0
  • Gray: N7, N5, N3, N1
Instructions:
  • Cut the patterned paper leaving a 1/8" border and adhere to the card base.
  • Using the 3.75" x 2" Torn Stitched Tag Die, cut one tag using orange cardstock.
  • Using the 3-3/8" x 1-5/8" Torn Stitched Tag Die, cut one out of the black patterned paper from the I Love Halloween paper pack.
  • Align the two tags, leaving a border then use one of the hole dies from the Torn Stitched Tag Die to create the hole.
  • Tie the ribbon to the tag.
  • Adhere the image to the tag
  • Adhere the tag using double-sided adhesive foam tape to the card
  • Using the spooky word die, cut out two backgrounds, one from black cardstock and one from orange cardstock. Cut the letters out of purple cardstock.
  • Add a black mat to the sentiment then adhere the sentiment using double-sided adhesive foam tape.
