Scrappy Boy Stamps: You Can't Stop the Beat!

The November 2023 Scrappy Boy Stamps' new release was inspired by one of my favorite “dance, music, big hair and integration” films, Hairspray! This new release consists of two stamp sets: 1) Hair Hopper and 2) Permanently Punished; and the Build A Stage die set, Music Notes Background Stencil, and coordinating Hair Hopper paper pack! Today's project is a Memory Dex Shaker Card that features two of the stamps from Permanently Punished.

Stamp Anniething: Sending Love This Christmas (and always)

Today is my Stamp Anniething Design Team Day where I use an older stamp to create a project. I chose the digital stamp called "For the Love of Coffee" and turned it into a Christmas card. I hand drew a couple of candy canes and a peppermint stick to add to the coffee cup. I used the Poinsettia Quilt Stencil and texture paste with red glitter to make the background more festive.

I added extra fine red glitter to transparent glitter paste then stenciled the background using the Poinsettia Quilt Stencil. I used the circle die from Shaker Basics Set #1 to cut out the vellum and placed it on the bottom corner of the card and trimmed off the edges. 

To finish the card, I stamped the sentiment with white pigment ink onto black cardstock and used the Porcelain Embossing Powder to emboss the sentiment.

Scrappy Boy Stamps: Playing with Dies!

Scrappy Boy Stamps released two new awesome dies in October that I just love playing with! The first die is the 3D Pop Up Cart Die that's perfect for making holiday treat boxes and decorations. It can also be made into a card since it can fold flat into an envelope. The second die is the Tea or Water Kettle Die that can also be made into a card, scrapbook die, or decoration.
